Tersoo is an enthusiastic legal practitioner. He spent his first year of practice as a litigation lawyer serving as a State Counsel in the Nasarawa State Ministry of Justice, Lafia. There, he prosecuted and obtained judgment in two major cases on behalf of the state government; and thereafter joined the firm.
